$50.00 per hour is the basic hourly rate for graphic design and web services delivered by Guy Mercier. A reduced rate of $35.00 per hour is offered to small start businesses or not-for-profit organizations. The reduced rate must be agreed upon prior to starting any request to be completed or proposed with concepts or "live" web samples.

You must acknowledge and answer the questions that are sent to you via email, voicemail, or in person relating to the production of the request(s).
Notification must be provided if:
you are unable to keep your appointment;
you are unable to make your payment;
you are unable to provide the information requested during production; and
you are unable to keep the Verbal or Formal Business Agreement.
PLEASE NOTE: Guy Mercier and GuyMercier.com reserves the right to refuse clients that do not agree to this Business Code of Ethics.
GuyMercier.com provides Production Logs for all clients. It contains account information, product information, critical information, important messages, production hours, mock-ups, etc... It is a useful location for clients to download files such as: logos; graphics; and Acrobat PDF Files.
The Client Profile Pages can only be accessed with a valid Username and Password. Guy Mercier or a representative of GuyMercier.com will send you an email with a temporary Username and Password to access the Production Log.
Any item listed under the Production Hours that the client does not agree with may be challenged. Otherwise, the invoices will go out each Friday. Invoices are due upon receipt.
Business hours of operations are from noon till 9PM, Monday to Friday.
GuyMercier.com does most of its uploading and testing off peak hours to ensure any errors can quickly be corrected before the mass media notices any coding or programming errors.
No business telephone calls left over a weekend or passed 9PM will be addressed unless it is an emergency. Should the telephone be answered after normal business hours of operations, you will given the opportunity to call back to leave your message.
